Qu’est ce que le Service Relation Clientèle de la Caisse d’Epargne ?

Si vous rencontrez un conflit, un désaccord pour n’importe quel sujet (ex : clôture de compte caisse d’épargne, prélèvement natixis etc…) en rapport avec vos comptes bancaires et qu’aucune solution ou compromis n’a été trouvé entre vous et votre conseiller bancaire, alors, un service indépendant des agences étudie votre demande et vous propose une solution ou un dédommagement s’il y a lieu.

Si dans le cas contraire, aucune solution favorable vous est proposé, un courrier expliquant les raisons vous est adressé sous une dizaine de jours.

Quelles sont les démarches à suivre suite à un conflit avec la Caisse d’Epargne ?

Des étapes nécessaires et obligatoires sont à suivre si vous souhaitez que votre réclamation soit prise en compte rapidement et efficacement par le service relation clientèle de votre Caisse d’Epargne…

1ère étape : Contactez votre banquier par mail ou téléphone et prenez rendez vous avec lui.

Lors de cet entretien, expliquez lui les raisons de votre mécontentement et demandez lui clairement ce que vous attendez de lui et de la Caisse d’Epargne.

2ème étape : Si le désaccord persiste, prenez rendez vous avec le Directeur de votre agence bancaire et dîtes lui pour quelles raisons vous êtes en litige avec votre conseiller ou avec votre banque.

3ème étape : Uniquement ces deux étapes passées, vous pouvez écrire au Service Relation Clientèle de votre Caisse d’Epargne (appelés plus communément Service Réclamations Caisse d’Epargne) en expliquant les raisons du conflit qui vous oppose à votre agence Caisse d’Epargne ou à votre banquier.

Énumérez également ce que vous attendez de votre établissement bancaire.

Une réponse, en fonction de la nature du conflit, vous sera apportée 10 jours après réception de votre courrier.

4ème étape : Suite à la réponse apportée par le service réclamation, si celle-ci ne vous convient pas, vous pouvez saisir par voie postale ou internet, le médiateur Caisse d’Epargne.
